  • 1/2 kg - chicken
  • 2 tsp - ginger garlic paste
  • Salt to taste
  • 1.5 tsp - ground pepper
  • 4 tbsp - oil
  • 1/2 cup - water
  • 1 tbsp - lemon juice
  • 2 - green chillies

How to Make Murgh Kaali Mirch

  • Add salt and black pepper to ginger-garlic paste.
  • Marinate the chicken with this paste for one hour.
  • Heat oil in a kadai and add marinated chicken.
  • After frying for 10-15 mins, reduce heat.
  • Add the green chillies and water.
  • Simmer till chicken is tender.
  • Add lemon juice and serve hot.
