How to Make Murgh Malai Kebab

  • Wash chicken and pat dry with a kitchen tissue
  • Marinate chicken with pepper powder, cardamom powder, ginger garlic paste, and set aside for 10 mins
  • Meanwhile grind cheese, curd, coriander leaves, green chilli and cream till smooth
  • Add the ground mixture and corn flour to the chicken and refrigerate for 30 mins to 1 hour
  • Preheat the oven at 240 C, skewer the chicken pieces and place them on a tray
  • Grill for 15 mins
  • Turn the pieces and grill for another 5 to 8 mins
