  • 4 cups - Rice flour
  • 1 cup - Urad dal
  • 10-15 sesame seeds
  • Salt - to taste
  • 4 tsp - Melted Butter

How to Make Muruku Ready

  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
  • Press through a murukku press into hot oil.
  • When it becomes golden colour, flip it around.
  • When the other side turns golden too, remove, drain and store in airtight container.
