How to Make Mushroom 65

  • Wash, dry and cut the mushroom into pieces.
  • Mix corn flour, maida, salt, red food colour, pepper, egg and ajinomoto to make a thick batter.
  • Dip the mushroom in the batter; deep fry in oil.
  • For gravy:
  • Heat oil in another pan, add garlic, curry leaves, slit green chillies and onion.
  • Saute for a while.
  • Mix the yoghurt, chilli powder, salt, and ajinomoto one after the other.
  • Add fried mushroom and stir to coat the mushroom in the gravy.
  • Garnish with spring onion.
