Ingredients

  • 300 gms - pork mince
  • 250 gms - mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp - grated cheese
  • 2 - green chillies chopped
  • 2 - tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 tsp - pepper powder
  • 1 tsp - chopped celery
  • 1 tsp - chopped mint
  • 2 - onions, chopped
  • 2 tsp - butter
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Mushroom And Pork Mince Casserole

  • Wash and drain the mince
  • Cut the mushrooms into slices and wash well.
  • Melt the butter in a pan.
  • Add the onions and saute for some time.
  • Add the chopped tomatoes and mushrooms and cook on low heat till the tomatoes are reduced to pulp.
  • Now add the mince, salt, pepper, green chillies, mint and celery and mix well.
  • Simmer in low heat for 10 minutes.
  • Transfer to an ovenproof dish.
  • Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
  • Bake in a moderate oven (355 degrees F) for about 15 minutes.
  • Serve hot with toast and chips.
