How to Make Mushroom chilli

  • Cut the mushroom, deep fry it and keep aside.
  • Cut onions and capsicum into long strips.
  • Cut green chillies similarly.
  • Heat 2 tbsps oil and fry onions till transparent.
  • Add capsicum. Saute for a minute.
  • Now add salt, red chilli powder, black pepper, garam masala, dhaniya powder and black pepper. Cook for half a minute.
  • Now add fried mushrooms and soya sauce, chilli sauce, green chillies and tomato ketchup.
  • Cook for 2 mins. Serve hot.
