Ingredients

  • 300 g - button Mushrooms
  • 2 - Capsicums
  • 3 to 4 - Onions
  • 3 to 4 - Green chillies
  • 1 tbsp - chilli sauce
  • 1tsp - soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp - Tomato ketchup
  • 1 to 2 tbsp - Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp - dhaniya powder (coriander powder)
  • 1/2 tsp - black pepper
  • 1 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 8 tbsp - oil
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Mushroom chilli:

    1. Cut the mushroom, deep fry it and keep aside.
    2. Cut onions and capsicum into long strips.
    3. Cut green chillies similarly.
    4. Heat 2 tbsps oil and fry onions till transparent.
    5. Add capsicum. Saute for a minute.
    6. Now add salt, red chilli powder, black pepper, garam masala, dhaniya powder and black pepper. Cook for half a minute.
    7. Now add fried mushrooms and soya sauce, chilli sauce, green chillies and tomato ketchup.
    8. Cook for 2 mins. Serve hot.
