How to Make Mushroom Delight

  • Cut the mushroom into same shape and size.
  • Marinate mushrooms in salt and 1 tbsp of vinegar for 20 mins.
  • Chop onion finely.
  • Heat oil in heavy pan, and add cumin seeds, turmeric powder and coriander powder. Stir it.
  • Now add chopped onion, garlic into oil and stir it very well.
  • Add marinated mushroom in it and stir it.
  • Add salt, chilli powder and green chillies in it.
  • Add vinegar and soya sauce in it.
  • Cover it and cook it on low-med flame.
  • Turn off the gas and add garam masala.
  • Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves before serving.
