Ingredients

  • 2 cups mushroom, chopped coarsely
  • 2 onions, chopped finely
  • 3 garlic flakes, crushed
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp celery
  • 3 tbsp butter

How to Make Mushroom Dip

  • Heat 2 tbsp butter in a pan. Fry onions till golden brown. Remove and drain.
  • Heat remaining 1 tbsp butter. Saute mushrooms for 10 minutes.
  • Add garlic and saute for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Remove and mix with onions.
  • In a bowl, blend sour cream and cream cheese well. Add mushrooms and onions.
  • Season with salt, pepper and celery.
  • Mix well. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Serve with chips.
