Ingredients

  • 250 g - Mushroom
  • 500 g - Onions
  • 4 - Tomatoes
  • Pinch of Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 3/4 tsp - salt
  • 1 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1 tsp - Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp - fresh Cream
  • 2 tbsp - Oil
  • 3 tsp 4 - Garlic Cloves
  • How to Make Mushroom-Do-Pyaza:

    1. Wash the mushrooms and keep aside.
    2. Chop onions and tomatoes.
    3. Make a paste of half the onions and garlic cloves.
    4. Heat oil in a pan and stir fry the onion-garlic paste till pink.
    5. Add turmeric, chilli, coriander powder and salt.
    6. Sprinkle 1 tbsp water and fry the masala mixture.
    7. Add chopped tomatoes and stir fry till tender.
    8. Add mushrooms and rest of the onions, mix well.
    9. Cover the pan with a lid and cook till onions are soft.
    10. Open the lid, sprinkle garam masala and fold the mixture.
    11. Garnish with cream and serve hot.
