  • 10 - button mushroom
  • 1 cup - gram flour
  • 2 tsp - all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp - dried pomegranate seeds(powder)
  • 1 tsp - carom seeds
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp - paprika
  • 1 tsp - amchur powder(dried mango powder)
  • 1 tsp - chaat masala

How to Make Mushroom fritters

  • Wash and cook moth in 3 glass water with 1/2 tsp of salt for 4 whistles in a pressure cooker.
  • Take 1/2 bowl of boiled dal, smash it and keep it aside.
  • Heat ghee in a pan, add cumin seeds and with the sound of crackling add grated ginger and garlic.
  • Saute and wait till it becomes golden.
  • Add chopped onions.
  • Saute for 5 mins till they are light golden, add all spices and salt and stir it.
  • Now add chopped chillies and tomatoes.
  • Stir and cook till oil comes out.
  • Now add the dal which we kept aside.
  • Stir continuously till ghee comes out from edges.
  • Add this masala to the boiled dal .
  • Cook the dal for 10 mins to mix the masala and adding flavours in it.
  • Remove from the heat, add garam masala and chopped coriander leaves.
  • Serve hot with rice and chapatti.
