  • 10 - button Mushroom
  • 1 cup - gram flour
  • 2 tsp - all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp - dried Pomegranate seeds(powder)
  • 1 tsp - carom seeds
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp - paprika
  • 1 tsp - amchur powder(dried Mango powder)
  • 1 tsp - chaat masala
  • How to Make Mushroom fritters:

    1. Wash and cook moth in 3 glass water with 1/2 tsp of salt for 4 whistles in a pressure cooker.
    2. Take 1/2 bowl of boiled dal, smash it and keep it aside.
    3. Heat ghee in a pan, add cumin seeds and with the sound of crackling add grated ginger and garlic.
    4. Saute and wait till it becomes golden.
    5. Add chopped onions.
    6. Saute for 5 mins till they are light golden, add all spices and salt and stir it.
    7. Now add chopped chillies and tomatoes.
    8. Stir and cook till oil comes out.
    9. Now add the dal which we kept aside.
    10. Stir continuously till ghee comes out from edges.
    11. Add this masala to the boiled dal .
    12. Cook the dal for 10 mins to mix the masala and adding flavours in it.
    13. Remove from the heat, add garam masala and chopped coriander leaves.
    14. Serve hot with rice and chapatti.
