Ingredients

  • 2 cups - chopped mushroom
  • 1 - egg, beaten
  • 2 tbsp - butter
  • 1/4 tsp - ginger paste
  • 1/4 tsp - garlic paste
  • 1/4 cup - chopped celery
  • 1/4 tsp - basil
  • 1/4 tsp - pepper powder
  • 1/4 cup - chopped spring onion
  • Salt to taste
  • 8 - fish fillets
  • For garnishing:
  • 1/4 tsp - oregano
  • 2 cups - fresh bread crumbs

How to Make Mushroom in Fish

  • Heat butter in pan.
  • Add mushrooms and saute till water evaporates.
  • Remove from fire.
  • Add all the ingredients except fillets. Mix well.
  • Place the fillets in a greased baking dish.
  • Top with mushroom mixture.
  • Garnish with breadcrumbs and oregano.
  • Cover the dish with foil.
  • Bake at 300 degrees centigrade for 15 mins till golden brown.
  • Serve with ketchup and chips.
