  • 250 g - button Mushroom
  • 1 - onion(chopped)
  • 1 - tomato(chopped)
  • 1 tbsp - Mustard Seed
  • 1tbsp - Cumin seeds
  • 2 - green chillies, chopped
  • 3 tbsp - oil for frying
  • salt
  • Sugar
  • How to Make Mushroom Masala Gravy:

    1. Mix cumin seeds and mustard seeds and grind dry in the mixer and keep the ground powder covered aside for sometime.
    2. Clean and cut the mushroom into halves.
    3. Heat oil in the frying pan, splutter the cut green chillies, add chopped onions and fry till golden brown.
    4. Add the chopped tomatoes to the fried onion and fry for some time.
    5. Now add the mushroom and fry till the mushrooms are done.
    6. Now add some water to the gravy masala mix and add to the fried mushrooms.
    7. Add salt, a little sugar and allow it to boil for 5 mins.
    8. Serve it with rotis, rice or paratha.
