How to Make Mushroom peralan

  • Clean the mushroom (cut each into 6 pieces).
  • Place in a vessel and add coconut milk, chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, pepper and garam masala.
  • Cover and cook till it becomes a thick gravy (mushrooms give out excess water when cooked).
  • Keep this gravy aside.
  • In the same pot, add heat oil, add onion, add ginger garlic, tomato and saute till it is golden brown.
  • Add salt.
  • When it is done, add the gravy which was kept aside.
  • Stir well, make it a dry fry and add oil if needed.
