Ingredients

  • 2 cups - chopped Mushroom
  • 1/2 cup - chopped hard-boiled Egg
  • 2 tbsp - chopped Onion
  • 1/4 tsp - Oregano
  • 1/8 tsp - pepper powder
  • 1 tsp - oil
  • 4 slices - brown bread

How to Make Mushroom Pie

  • Heat oil in a pan. Saute chopped mushrooms, till tender.
  • Remove, drain and keep aside.
  • In the same pan, saute onion till tender
  • Remove from fire.
  • Add mushrooms, pepper powder and oregano.
  • Pass the mixture through grinder.
  • Add chopped eggs.
  • In a greased oven-proof dish, place the bread slices.
  • Spread the mushroom mixture over it.
  • Bake for 35 mins at 350 degrees C
  • Serve with toasted bread.
