Ingredients

  • For Mushroom filling:
  • 200 grams - fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 green chilli, chopped
  • 4 tsp - Corn flour
  • 1 teacup Milk
  • 1 tsp - Oregano (optional)
  • 2 tbsp - Butter
  • salt to taste
  • For pizza crusts:
  • 2 ready made pizza crusts
  • For the topping:
  • grated cooking cheese (preferably Mozzarella)
  • coarsely ground chilli powder oil for brushing
  • How to Make Mushroom Pizza:

    1. For mushroom filling:
    2. Heat the butter on a slow flame, add the onion and green chilli and fry for one minute.
    3. Add the mushrooms and cook for five to seven minutes.
    4. Mix the corn flour with the milk and add to the mushroom mixture.
    5. Add a little water if the mixture is too thick.
    6. Add the oregano and salt.
    7. Cook for a few minutes.
    8. How to proceed:
    9. Brush a tray with oil and put the pizza crusts on it.
    10. Spread some mushroom filling on each crust and sprinkle some cheese on top.
    11. Bake in a hot oven at 200 degree C (400 degree F) for 10 mins or until the cheese has melted.
    12. Sprinkle chilli powder on top and serve hot.
