Ingredients

  • 250 g - Mushrooms
  • 5 to 6 - bread slices
  • salt as per taste
  • oil for frying
  • How to Make Mushroom Puff:

    1. Wash, cut and boil the mushroom.
    2. Grind them in the mixer, making a thick paste.
    3. Soak the bread (torn into pieces) in water and squeeze out the excess.
    4. Add it to mushroom paste.
    5. Add salt and make a tough dough.
    6. Make small balls.
    7. Deep fry.
