Ingredients

  • 250 g - button Mushroom
  • 1/4 tsp - black pepper powder
  • 2 tbsp - white wine Vinegar
  • 1/2 tbsp- Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp - salad oil (olive oil)
  • 1 tsp- dried crushed Mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup - grated Carrot
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Mushroom Salad

  • Clean the mushrooms and cut into half. Saute in a pan for 5-10 mins.
  • Mix white vinegar, salad oil, pepper powder, mint leaves, salt, lemon juice and grate carrot.
  • Pour it over the mushrooms and toss.
  • Chill for 3 hours and serve.
