Ingredients

  • 1 cup - meat, cooked and chopped finely
  • 16 - small mushroom, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp - Garlic paste
  • 2 - onions, sliced
  • 1/4 cup - mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup - thick Curd (optional - sour cream)
  • 1/4 tsp - black pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp - Butter
  • 8 - slices of breads, buttered

How to Make Mushroom Sandwich

  • Heat butter in a pan.
  • Saute mushrooms and garlic for 5 minutes. Drain and cool.
  • Add meat, mayonnaise, curd and pepper to mushroom. Mix it well.
  • Make 4 parts of the mixture.
  • Put on the 4 slices of bread. Layer it with onion slices.
  • Cover with remaining slices of bread.
  • Cut the sandwiches diagonally. Serve with tomato sauce and wafers.
