How to Make Mushroom Spicy Fry

  • Wash and cut mushrooms into thin round shapes.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add mustard.
  • When they splutter add curry leaves and onions and fry till they turn golden brown.
  • Add tomatoes, chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste and saute for a few minutes.
  • Now add mushrooms and mix well.
  • Cook on low heat for a few minutes till the mushrooms are cooked.
  • Care should be taken not to overcook or they will get smashed.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
  • Serve with rice or chapattis.
