Ingredients

  • button Mushrooms - 200 gm
  • Garlic - 2 tsp, minced
  • Celery stalk - 2 tbsp, chopped
  • roasted Peanuts - 2 tbsp, coarsely powdered
  • salt to taste
  • How to Make Mushroom Spread:

    1. Chop the mushrooms.
    2. Place in a non-stick pan and sprinkle with salt.
    3. Top with garlic and celery.
    4. Cover and simmer gently till mushrooms are tender and their liquid is absorbed.
    5. Cool and blend till smooth.
    6. Stir in the peanut powder.
    7. Spread the bread slices with mushroom mixture.
    8. Sandwich two slices with corn filling.
    9. Make four sandwiches and cut each into two parts.
