Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - Button Mushrooms
  • 2 tsp - Chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp - Oil
  • 1 tsp - Cumin powder.

How to Make Mushroom Stir Fry

  • Wash and cut the mushrooms into thin slices.
  • Mix with chilli powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder and salt.
  • Heat oil in a pan saute until the mushrooms turn golden brown.
  • Serve with rice and any curry.
