How to Make Mushrooms - Shrimps in Onions

  • Grind ginger and garlic finely and keep aside.
  • Pound cardamoms, cinnamon and cloves.
  • In a heavy-bottomed pan, heat oil.
  • Add the ground lump of ginger and garlic.
  • Add the pounded spices, chilli, turmeric, coriander and cumin.
  • Add the chopped green chilli, onions and shrimps.
  • Add ginger and saute.
  • Add the chopped mushrooms and salt to taste. Stir for 3-4 mins.
  • Cook till mushrooms and shrimp are tender.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander.
  • Serve hot with phulkas.
