Ingredients

  • 225 g - mushrooms, chopped
  • 150 g - Yoghurt
  • 50 g - Butter
  • 1 - medium onion, finely chopped
  • black pepper, freshly ground
  • chopped Parsley
  • salt

How to Make Mushrooms in Yoghurt

  • Fry the mushrooms and onions in the butter until they are soft. Drain and cool.
  • Mix mushrooms, onion, yogurt, salt and pepper.
  • Chill for 30 mins before serving garnished with chopped parsley.
  • Serve as a salad or as a starter with bread.
