  • 4 cups - musk melon, cut into cubes
  • 250 ml - pure Grape juice (no added sugar)
  • 1/2 tin - condensed Milk
  • 1 tbsp - Lime juice
  • 2 cups - curds
  • 1 cup - Sugar
  • 1 cup - Banana
  • How to Make Musk Melon and Banana Caramel Pudding:

    1. Line a colander with thin muslin and pour the curd in it. Let the whey drain until 1 cup of thick curd cheese is left in the colander.
    2. Place the sugar in a thick-bottom saucepan.
    3. Sprinkle 2 tbsp of water.
    4. Heat until the sugar dissolves and turns a rich caramel colour (do not stir).
    5. Add 1/2 cup of water and heat gently, stirring until a honey like syrup is formed. Let the caramel syrup cool.
    6. Beat the curd cheese smooth.
    7. Blend 1.5 cups of musk melon with the caramel syrup until smooth.
    8. Mix the curd cheese with musk melon puree.
    9. Add rest of the ingredients and the remaining melon cubes and bananas.
    10. Serve chilled.
