Ingredients

  • 2 thick slices - ripe muskmelon, chopped
  • 1 thin slice - ripe muskmelon, finely chopped
  • 150 ml - milk, chilled well
  • 1 tbsp - Sugar
  • 1 scoop - vanilla ice Cream
  • 1/2 cup - crushed ice

How to Make Muskmelon Milkshake

  • Place muskmelon chunks in an electric blender.
  • Add sugar and blend till smooth.
  • Add vanilla ice cream.
  • Blend again. Add crushed ice and blend, till ice breaks.
  • Add milk and blend well, till frothy.
  • Pour into tall chilled glasses.
  • Add a few pieces of finely chopped melon to each glass.
  • Serve immediately while still frothy.
