How to Make Mustard Egg Curry

  • Boil four eggs, remove the shell and make a few shallow incisions with a knife.
  • In a kadai, heat oil and splutter mustard, red chillies and saute garlic.
  • Add the mustard paste, turmeric and red chilli powder.
  • When the oil separates, add the tomato paste and salt and fry for 10 minutes on medium heat.
  • Now add some water and let it boil, add the eggs and cook for 10 minutes on medium flame.
