  • 3/4 cup - steamed and shredded chicken breast
  • 3/4 cup - sour cream
  • 4 tsp - mustard paste
  • 3 tsp - finely chopped coriander leaves
  • 2 tsp - finely shredded lemon rind
  • Pineapple, cherries and parsley for garnishing

How to Make Mustard melba toasts

  • Combine cream (cooled), shredded chicken, mustard paste, and 3 tsp. of chopped coriander leaves.
  • Place a spoonful of the mixture on each toast.
  • Garnish with pineapple, cherries, parsley and shredded lemon rind.
