Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Rice flour
  • 1/2 cup Maida ( flour )
  • 3 small Onions
  • 1 Egg
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds
  • How to Make Mutta paal aadhai:

    1. Blend all the ingredients together in a food processor .
    2. Keep aside for half an hour .
    3. Make thin crapes with the batter.
    4. Spread 2 table spoons of grated coconut over the crape .
    5. Sprinkle sugar over the coconut to taste .
    6. Roll tightly and serve hot or cold .
