Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rice flour
  • 1/2 cup maida ( flour )
  • 3 small onions
  • 1 egg
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 tsp cumin seeds

How to Make Mutta paal aadhai

  • Blend all the ingredients together in a food processor .
  • Keep aside for half an hour .
  • Make thin crapes with the batter.
  • Spread 2 table spoons of grated coconut over the crape .
  • Sprinkle sugar over the coconut to taste .
  • Roll tightly and serve hot or cold .
