Ingredients

  • 3 - eggs, scrambled
  • 1/2 - onion, chopped
  • 2 - green chillies, slit
  • 1/2 cup - tomato puree
  • 1 - potato, cubed
  • 1/4 cup - peas
  • 1 tbsp - coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp - turmeric powder
  • oil
  • salt
  • Grind to a paste:
  • 3/4 cup - shredded coconut
  • 2 to 3 - green chillies
  • 3 cloves - garlic
  • 1 small piece - ginger
  • 2 tsp - split dal
  • 1/4 tsp - fennel seeds

How to Make Muttai Korma

  • Scramble eggs and set aside
  • Heat oil in a kadai. Splutter garam masala.
  • Add chopped onions and slit green chillies.
  • Fry till golden brown
  • Add the ground paste, coriander and turmeric powder and cook for a while
  • Pour in the tomato puree and all the vegetables, cook for a while and add the scrambled eggs.
  • Simmer for a minute and serve
