Ingredients

  • 3 - eggs, scrambled
  • 1/2 - onion, chopped
  • 2 - green chillies, slit
  • 1/2 cup - Tomato puree
  • 1 - potato, cubed
  • 1/4 cup - peas
  • 1 tbsp - coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • oil
  • salt
  • Grind to a paste:
  • 3/4 cup - shredded Coconut
  • 2 to 3 - Green chillies
  • 3 Cloves - Garlic
  • 1 small piece - Ginger
  • 2 tsp - split dal
  • 1/4 tsp - Fennel seeds
  • How to Make Muttai Korma:

    1. Scramble eggs and set aside
    2. Heat oil in a kadai. Splutter garam masala.
    3. Add chopped onions and slit green chillies.
    4. Fry till golden brown
    5. Add the ground paste, coriander and turmeric powder and cook for a while
    6. Pour in the tomato puree and all the vegetables, cook for a while and add the scrambled eggs.
    7. Simmer for a minute and serve
