Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - Maida
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 - Egg for each parotha
  • 1 tsp - pepper powder
  • 1 cup - Ghee or dalda

How to Make Muttai Parotha

  • Mix maida, salt, ghee with little water, knead well and keep aside for 30 mins
  • Roll the dough into parathas. Fry both sides with ghee
  • Beat an egg and pour on each paratha and sprinkle some salt and pepper powder
  • Flip and cook well
