  • 1/2 kg - Maida
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 - Egg for each parotha
  • 1 tsp - pepper powder
  • 1 cup - Ghee or dalda
  • How to Make Muttai Parotha:

    1. Mix maida, salt, ghee with little water, knead well and keep aside for 30 mins
    2. Roll the dough into parathas. Fry both sides with ghee
    3. Beat an egg and pour on each paratha and sprinkle some salt and pepper powder
    4. Flip and cook well
