Ingredients

  • For Parotta:
  • 10 slices - Wheat bread or 5 pieces - frozen naan, torn into small pieces
  • 4 - eggs (whipped)
  • 1 tsp - besan flour
  • 5 - Green chillies (finely chopped)
  • 1 - Onion (big, cut into very small pieces)
  • 1 small cup - Cilantro
  • 1 - big tomato, cut into very small pieces
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • 2 tsp - oil
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Muttai Parotta

  • Heat oil in pan, and fry the onions and green chillies.
  • Add to it the beaten egg and scramble it.
  • Add some more oil and fry the torn pieces of bread or naan well.
  • Add the chilli powder, salt and tomatoes and fry till all of it mixes well.
  • Garnish with cilantro.
