Ingredients

  • For Parotta:
  • 10 slices - Wheat bread or 5 pieces - frozen naan, torn into small pieces
  • 4 - eggs (whipped)
  • 1 tsp - besan flour
  • 5 - Green chillies (finely chopped)
  • 1 - Onion (big, cut into very small pieces)
  • 1 small cup - Cilantro
  • 1 - big tomato, cut into very small pieces
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • 2 tsp - oil
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Muttai Parotta:

    1. Heat oil in pan, and fry the onions and green chillies.
    2. Add to it the beaten egg and scramble it.
    3. Add some more oil and fry the torn pieces of bread or naan well.
    4. Add the chilli powder, salt and tomatoes and fry till all of it mixes well.
    5. Garnish with cilantro.
