Ingredients

  • 5 - eggs (boiled and sliced)
  • 1 cup - besan
  • 1/2 cup - maida
  • 1 - onion (chopped finely)
  • 2 - green chillies (chopped)
  • 2 sprig - curry leaves (chopped)
  • Coriander leaves, a few (chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp - cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp - red chilli powder
  • Oil to fry
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Muttapori

  • Mix all the ingredients except egg and oil in a bowl to a smooth paste using enough water.
  • Heat oil in a kadai, dip each slice of egg in the batter and deep fry till golden brown.
