How to Make Muttar Paneer
Fry the paneer cubes till golden brown.
Remove and drop them in a bowl of water.
This way the excess oil floats to the top and the paneer also gets soft. Remove and set aside.
In a skillet add 1/2 tsp oil and add the ground paste to it.
Once the raw smell is replaced by aroma, add the onions and saute for 3-5 min till they get soft.
Add the tomatoes and stir until soft.
Then add the puree, peas, cream, honey and the spices and stir for another 5 min.
You can add water if you prefer gravy consistency.
When it starts boiling, add the paneer and cook for another 5-10 mins.
Serve warm garnished with cilantro.
