Ingredients

  • 1 cup - peas
  • 200 g - fresh Mushrooms
  • 1 - onion, chopped
  • 1 - tomato, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp - Garam Masala
  • 1 cup - Curd
  • 4 tbsps - oil
  • 1 tsp - salt
  • 1 tsp - Ginger and Garlic paste
  • Grind together:
  • 2 tbsp - Poppy Seeds
  • 2 tsp - Cashewnuts
  • How to Make Mutter Dhingri:

    1. Heat oil and fry onions until brown.
    2. Add ginger-garlic paste, tomato and cook until soft.
    3. Add garam masala powder, cashewnut and poppy seed paste.
    4. Cook until it leaves the sides.
    5. Add peas and mushroom and curd, and cook for 5 mins.
    6. Serve hot with roti or naan.
