  • 1 kg - Mutton chops
  • 1.5 cups - Vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying
  • How to Make Mutton Chops In Vinegar:

    1. Wash the chops properly.
    2. Combine vinegar and salt and then marinate the chops in this mixture for a minimum of 6-7 hours.
    3. Transfer the above ingredients to a wide mouthed pan and cook on high heat for about 10 mins.
    4. Add oil in another pan and shallow fry the chops till golden brown.
    5. Sprinkle the black pepper on top and serve.
    6. These chops go very well with drinks.
