Ingredients

  • 1 dozen - Mutton chops
  • 3 - eggs
  • Bread crumbs
  • 2 tsp - Lemon juice
  • Oil, for frying
  • Grind to a paste:
  • 2 - Onions
  • 3 - Green chillies
  • 4 - Cinnamon sticks
  • 4 - Cloves
  • 1 inch piece - Ginger
  • 4 - Cardamoms
  • 1 tsp - black pepper
  • Salt, to taste
  • How to Make Mutton Chops with eggs:

    1. Mix the lime juice with the ground masala.
    2. Marinate the mutton chops in this mixture. Keep aside for 2 hours.
    3. Beat the eggs in a vessel. Apply the beaten egg on each chop and roll in the bread crumbs
    4. Fry the chops and then steam in a pressure cooker for 30 mins.
