Ingredients

  • 250 g - Mutton (diced)
  • 2 - onion, sliced
  • 10 to 15 slices - Coconut
  • 2 tsp - - rasam powder ( if you eat very hot 3 tsp will do )
  • salt to taste
  • 3 tsp - oil

How to Make Mutton Chukka

  • Heat oil in a pressure cooker.
  • Fry the onion, coconut slices, salt and add the mutton.
  • When mutton is soft, add 2 cups of water.
  • Pressure cook until it whistles 5 times.
  • Put the rasam powder in the boiled mutton. Cook until it is thick enough for you.
  • Serve it with rice and paratha.
