  • 1 kg - Mutton or lamb Meat
  • 2 tbsp - black pepper whole
  • 1 - Mustard Seeds (rai)
  • 1 - big Onion
  • 1 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1.5 tbsp - Ginger and Garlic paste
  • oil as required
  • salt to taste
  • How to Make Mutton Curry with Black Pepper:

    1. Roast rai, pepper and powder it. Then to that powder, add all other ingredients except oil and grind it into fine paste. Put this mixture with mutton and put in the pressure pan when oil is heated.
    2. Then add little water.
    3. Cook until mutton is cooked.
    4. If you want gravy, keep it or fry it till you want it to your consistency.
