Ingredients

  • 500 gms - Mutton
  • 200 gms - Potatoes
  • 1/2 - Coconut
  • 2 - Onion
  • 1 pinch - Mustard Seed
  • 2 - chillies
  • 3 - pepper Corns
  • 1 tsp - Poppy Seeds
  • 1/2 tsp - Cumin seeds
  • 2 tbsp - coriander
  • 2 tbsp - Ghee
  • 1 small - Onion
  • 1 - Tomatoes
  • 1 - Lime
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Mutton Curry with Coconut Juice:

    1. Cut the meat and clean it.
    2. Grind coconut and take thick and thin juice.
    3. Grind the masala in thin coconut juice.
    4. In hot ghee or butter, fry half the sliced onions, and put the cut tomatoes.
    5. When brown, add the meat and cover.
    6. When it dries up, pour ground masala and its water.
    7. Simmer for one hour and put cubed potatoes. | | When they are cooked, add thick coconut juice.
    8. Add salt to taste and lime juice.
