Ingredients

  • 250 Gm - Minced Meat
  • 3 nos. - Green chillies
  • 1 - Onion
  • 1 - Egg
  • 1 tsp - Worcester Sauce
  • 1/4 Bunch - Coriander leaves
  • Few Mint leaves
  • 1 Inch - Piece of Ginger
  • 2 - Slices Bread
  • 4 - Flakes of Garlic
  • 1 tsp - Vinegar
  • Bread Crumbs for Coating
  • Oil for deep frying
  • How to Make Mutton Cutlet:

    1. Wash the minced meat, put it into the dekchi cover and keep on low fire till all the meat water dries.
    2. Completely grind meat to a paste.
    3. Chop onions, ginger, garlic, mint and coriander leaves.
    4. Mix all ingredients with meat.
    5. Add sauce and vinegar.
    6. Dip the bread in water and squeeze out the excess water.
    7. Mash well and add to mutton.
    8. Shape into cutlets.
    9. Beat the egg, roll the cutley in bread crumbs and deep-fry.
