Ingredients

  • 2 cups - minced meat
  • 1 - onion, chopped
  • 1/2 tbsp - ginger garlic paste
  • 1.5 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp - pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp - garam masala powder
  • salt - to taste
  • 2 - potatoes, boiled and mashed
  • 1 tbsp -coriander leaves

How to Make Mutton Cutlets

  • Heat oil in a pan and saute, the onion till, they turn pink in colour.
  • Add the ginger garlic paste and saute, till the raw smell goes.
  • Add all the spice powders and stir for a minute.
  • Mix in the meat along with salt, cover and cook.
  • Stir in between, till the meat is done.
  • Tip in the mashed potatoes and coriander leaves. Stir well and switch off heat. Let it cool.
  • Take a bit of the mixture in your hand and shape them. Continue, till the whole mixture is shaped.
  • Dip each cutlet, in the beaten egg and immediately roll them, in the bread crumbs, till all the sides are coated evenly. Keep aside.
  • Heat oil and fry the cutlets, till golden brown. Drain onto an absorbent paper.
  • Serve with onion salad or sauce.
