  • 2 cups - minced Meat
  • 1 - onion, chopped
  • 1/2 tbsp - Ginger Garlic paste
  • 1.5 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp - pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Garam Masala powder
  • salt - to taste
  • 2 - potatoes, boiled and mashed
  • 1 tbsp -coriander leaves
  • How to Make Mutton Cutlets:

    1. Heat oil in a pan and saute, the onion till, they turn pink in colour.
    2. Add the ginger garlic paste and saute, till the raw smell goes.
    3. Add all the spice powders and stir for a minute.
    4. Mix in the meat along with salt, cover and cook.
    5. Stir in between, till the meat is done.
    6. Tip in the mashed potatoes and coriander leaves. Stir well and switch off heat. Let it cool.
    7. Take a bit of the mixture in your hand and shape them. Continue, till the whole mixture is shaped.
    8. Dip each cutlet, in the beaten egg and immediately roll them, in the bread crumbs, till all the sides are coated evenly. Keep aside.
    9. Heat oil and fry the cutlets, till golden brown. Drain onto an absorbent paper.
    10. Serve with onion salad or sauce.
