How to Make Mutton Do Piyaza

  • Clean mutton. Marinate with ginger, garlic paste for 1 hour.
  • Heat oil in a pressure cooker.
  • Take about a quarter of the chopped onions and fry it till it is turns brown.
  • Add all the remaining ingredients except ghee and bay leaves.
  • Pressure cook till mutton is done.
  • Do not overcook.
  • In a kadai, heat ghee and add bay leaves.
  • Pour out the mutton from the pressure cooker, and cook till the water has dried away and the gravy is thick.
  • Serve garnished with coriander leaves.
