Ingredients

  • 4 Mutton chops, cut into small pieces
  • 2 Garlic cloves, crushed
  • 4 tbsp - Ginger
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • Spices:
  • 2 tbsp - Ginger
  • 2 Cardamom seeds
  • 2 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp - curry powder
  • 2 Cloves
  • 1.5 tsp - ground pepper
  • 2" Cinnamon bark
  • 4 tbsp - Curry leaves
  • 90 gms - Tomato paste
  • 1 cup - water
  • How to Make Mutton in Ginger and Tomato Curry Sauce:

    1. Crush the garlic and mix all the spices together and marinade for about 2-3 hours.
    2. Heat the oil and fry the meat until brown, stirring all the time, about 3 mins.
    3. Add water and the tomato paste, bring to the boil and cook for 15-20 mins and serve.
