Ingredients

  • 250 g - minced Mutton
  • 8 - Red Chillies
  • 1 - piece Cinnamon
  • 8 Cloves - Garlic
  • 1/2 cup - coconut, grated
  • 2 tbsp - roasted gram
  • 1 tbsp - Fennel seeds
  • 1 tbsp - cumin (jeera)
  • oil for deep frying
  • salt to taste
  • How to Make Mutton Kofta:

    1. Mix the minced meat along with the other ingredients. Add salt.
    2. Make small balls out of the ground mixture and deep-fry.
    3. Serve hot with sauce or raitha.
