Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - minced Mutton
  • 1 - large Onion chopped
  • 1 tsp - Ginger paste
  • 1 tsp - Garlic paste
  • 3 - green chillies, chopped
  • 2 slices - bread
  • 4 tbsp - dry bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp - Garam Masala
  • 2 - eggs beaten
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp - pepper powder
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp - chopped Coriander leaves
  • Oil for frying
  • How to Make Mutton Mince Kebabs:

    1. Cook the minced meat, chopped onion, green chillies, ginger paste, garlic paste, chilli powder, garam masala, salt and pepper powder till tender and dry.
    2. Soak the slices of bread in water and squeeze.
    3. Mix it into the cooked minced meat together with the chopped coriander leaves, salt, 2 tbsp bread crumbs and 1 beaten egg.
    4. Heat the oil in a shallow pan.
    5. Take small balls of the mixture and form into cigar shaped cutlets.
    6. Dip each one into the remaining beaten egg, coat with the bread crumbs and shallow fry till golden brown.
    7. Serve hot with tomato sauce and salad.
