How to Make Mutton Mulligatawny

  • Boil mutton in the cooker for 10 mins, with at least 2 cups of water.
  • Grind all the above green masala (ginger, garlic, green chillies, jeera, pepper, coriander powder, coriander leaves).
  • Mix this to the boiled mutton, add cashewnut paste, salt to taste and boil this masala with mutton for 5 mins.
  • Add coconut milk, keep aside.
  • In a kadai pour oil, add sliced onions, curry leaves and pour over the curry.
  • Lastly add lemon juice.
  • Enjoy with steamed rice.
