Ingredients

  • 8 - bread slices
  • Butter for applying on slices
  • 1/4 kg - boneless mutton, boiled
  • 1/2 cup - cheese, grated
  • 1/2 tsp - black pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp - salt
  • 1 tbsp - Butter
  • 1/4 cup - finely chopped Onion
  • 1 tsp - Ginger paste
  • 1 tsp - Garlic paste
  • How to Make Mutton Sandwich:

    1. Heat 1 tbsp butter in a pan.
    2. Add onion and fry till transparent. Keep aside.
    3. Add ginger-garlic and saute for 2 minutes.
    4. Add mutton, salt and pepper. Fry till light brown.
    5. Remove from fire and let it cool.
    6. Slice the mutton into thin strips.
    7. Apply butter on bread slices.
    8. For sandwich:
    9. Between two slices of bread arrange the mutton pieces.
    10. Spread fried onion and sprinkle cheese.
    11. Cut the sandwich diagonally and serve with tomato ketchup.
