Ingredients

  • Mutton - 1 kg
  • For grinding:
  • 4 - chillies
  • 1 tsp - Cumin seeds
  • 1 piece - Turmeric
  • 3 - chillies
  • 2 - Onions
  • 1 piece - Ginger
  • 6 flakes - Garlic
  • Other ingredients:
  • 3 tbsp - Ghee
  • 1/2 - Onion
  • 6 - Cloves
  • 1 piece - Cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp - Vinegar to taste
  • Sugar to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • A few - Coriander leaves
  • How to Make Mutton with Indad Meat Masala:

    1. Cut meat into bite size pieces and wash thoroughly.
    2. Grind all the masalas listed.
    3. Boil the meat in a pressure cooker with cloves, cinnamon and salt, till done.
    4. Remove the meat from the gravy.
    5. Heat ghee in a vessel and fry the meat till it turns brown and keep aside
    6. In the same ghee, fry the ground masala, stirring continuously.
    7. Sprinkle a little water, add fried meat with its gravy into the masala and stir.
    8. Add sugar, salt and vinegar to taste.
    9. Serve garnished with coriander leaves.
