Ingredients

  • 2 cups - frozen mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup - rolled oats
  • 1 - onion (chopped)
  • 2 tsp - olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp - pepper powder
  • 2 tbsp - low fat cream

How to Make MW Mushrooms and Oats Soup

  • In a microwave safe bowl, add olive oil and chopped onions and cook on high temperature for a minute.
  • Add frozen mushrooms, salt and pepper powder and cook for 3 minutes on high.
  • Add 2 cups of water, low fat cream and cook for 5 minutes on high temperature.
  • Add the rolled oats to the cooked vegetables immediately and stir once.
  • Blend the soup in a blender. Serve hot with cream and dry herbs.
