How to Make MW Okra and Oats Sabji

  • Pour oil in a microwave safe bowl and heat it on high temperature for 2 mins.
  • Add cumin seeds, chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, curry leaves and salt, and cook for 5 minutes on high (stir in between).
  • Add chopped okra pieces and cook for 3 minutes on high, take out the bowl and add red chilli powder, cumin seed powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder (check for salt) and stir well. Cook on high for another 5 minutes until the vegetables are all done. Add the rolled oats to the almost cooked vegetables, stir well and cook for 3 minutes. Serve hot as side dish with rotis.
